Confidence allows you to be strong and direct about what you want.
When you are confident, you do not let anything stand in the way of getting your way.
You know what you want, you see it very clearly, and you do not allow any
distractions to stand in the way. You know what will happen if you do not have
confidence and you do not let it stand in the way of you having what you want.
Confidence is one of the hardest traits to learn because you must have a certain
level of confidence to do certain things, and you can lose confidence very easily.
The good news is, once you learn confidence, you can bring it back if necessary.
Confidence comes from using the right strategies to build your confidence.
You can not go around being confident all the time. You have to build the confidence in
certain areas of your life so that you do not have to constantly worry about what others think of you.
There are certain ways to become confident that will not drain your energy.
1. Be sure of your goals.
Make a list of goals you want to accomplish. Be sure you know what they are,
how you will do them, and when you will accomplish them. Being certain of what you want and
certain of the timing of your goals are crucial. If you worry about when and how you will do certain goals,
then you will get distracted and those goals will not become a reality. In order to build confidence,
you must be certain of what you want.
2. Be sure of your beliefs.
Make a list of your beliefs about yourself and other people.
Your beliefs are programs you are running unconsciously that can cloud your ability to think clearly.
You must work to change the beliefs that are not working for you. Beliefs can be good or bad,
but you must work to change the bad ones because they will cause you to lose confidence.
3. Keep a journal.
Keep a journal to write all the things that concern you.
Journal about your goals and accomplishments. The things you write in the journal will
be things that occur to you. They will be things that happen to you that you do not expect.
Be specific and write about what is going on in your mind, not about what others think or what others do.
It is very important to write about what you think, not what others think or what others do.
The thoughts you express in the journal are what matter. They determine the things
you get and the goals you accomplish.
4. Be sure of your intent.
Intentions are needed for success. What is your intent for your goals? Make sure that
your intent is for the goals you have written down at the beginning of the year.
Get all the details ready and then express your intent. Do not leave anything to chance.
If you leave anything to chance, the lack of clarity and determination will cause you to fail.
Be clear about the things you want in your mind and then get as many details right as possible for your goal.
You must write down your goals and your intent in order to become a successful person.
If you do not write down your goal or if you write down only part of your intent, chances are
you will not accomplish your goals. The proper way to express your goals is by writing them down.
Be clear about what you want.
What you want should be written down along with your goal. Make sure that what you want is
written down along with your goal so that you know your intention. If you write down only the part of
your intent that you want to accomplish, you will not be clear about what you need to do
to accomplish the part you want to accomplish. If you accomplish only the part of what you want to accomplish,
you will be uncertain as to what you need to do next and you will not be able to concentrate
on the part that you need to do next to accomplish your goal.
Write down the things you want in life.
Make sure that what you want is written down as one of the things that you want.
If you are unclear about what you want, you will not be able to concentrate and be successful.
You will also be busy and distracted which will cause you to lose your confidence.
It is important that your intent and your dream are right on top. That is why you want to write them down
before you even start your new goals and objectives. You will never get it right unless you are clear about it.
Now for the next part of the writing exercise.
It is important to express your feelings in the writing. If you write down only the negative feelings,
you will not be able to find the positive feelings within you. Write down all of the things
that you are not happy with in your life.
What you need to do now is to express those negative feelings on paper.
You can do this by ranting, they mean that much to you. You can express those feelings verbally too,
but it can become uncomfortable for you and you may sound angry or violent.
So express those feelings through writing. This allows you to express your negative emotions on
paper without fearing that you will get angry or violent.
Some of the things that you can express through writing are the things that you hate, the things that you enjoy,
the things that are easy, the things that are hard, and the things that you need.
Now write down all the negatives that you have written down.
If you write them down, you will be able to see them. You will know exactly what you are not happy with in your life
and it will be easier to recognize them when they come up on the screen. Writing them down helps you to recognize
the negatives and it also allows you to know what they are.
This exercise may not come easy but is you stick with it, you will develop the confidence that will you unstoppable.
