Happiness is a learned behavior based on habits and values that we have formed over a lifetime. Happiness is a state of being that reflects your participation in your own life. In this article, you will learn how to make sure that you are happy in your life and how to make sure that you keep this happiness and turn it into action.
1. Start by focusing on the present moment.
Remember, every moment is a unique moment and you should be spending as much time as possible in the present moment. We learn by doing – for instance we learn to swim by swimming – we cannot learn to enjoy the water if we do not practice it. That means that you have to be present in your life. This may sound obvious but people tend to be very busy, or they are focused on the future – for instance they have a lot of projects or tasks, so they tend to lose track of the here and now. Remember, you are in control of your present moment. If you are focused on the here and now, it takes much effort on your part to be present in the moment. You have to focus your awareness on the present moment and let go of the past and future, which helps to be present.
2. Find your passions and interests.
Passion is something you are born with, but interests and passions are learned and are a key to happiness. This is a hard one because you tend to have some interests and others – which is something you cannot control. However, you can use books, magazines, videos and the Internet to help you to learn about all things, which help to make you happy. So start reading and watching for your interests and then read and watch more about those interests.
3. Do what you enjoy. Don’t do what you don’t love.
This may sound so obvious. However, many people are so busy with their work, their family and their friends that they forget to enjoy the things they used to do. And do you know what – you can still do things you love, even if you love something you do not do. So find a sport you want to do, a class you want to take or an activity you want to start. Do it anyway. Do it with enthusiasm. Do it in a healthy way. Do it with others. Do it for the good times and for the fun times.
4. Find someone to help you to practice what you do love.
This may be a friend, a coach, a partner or a hobby group. Find a sport you want to start and invite someone to join you. Do it for the love of the sport. This will help to develop a love for the sport, for the activities that make you happy. If you are in a good relationship, one person will be an active partner. Take turns to help, and do it together. Do it together.
5. The fun times are best spent together.
Join a sports team, join a club or a church sports organization. If you’re single, help to run the household and take turns at doing things for the love of it. Do it together. You can have fun together. Do it while it makes you feel good. Do it.
These are five simple tips to help you become happier. Make sure to do these for at least one hour each day. Make the moment count. Do them. Do them forever.
Happiness is something you create. Use these five tips and you can have that feeling.
Make a list of people you need to be happier. Find out who you need to be happy. Find out the people who make you laugh. Have conversations with these people. You’ll be happier and happier.
You’ll find the peace of mind it provides. A feeling of peace. When you get this you’ll be happy for the rest of the day. You’ll feel happy and good.
You’ll find that the pain and anxiety of the day are behind you. You’ll be happy for the rest of the day.
This is going to sound cheesy, but it’s true. Be happy. Live life. Take risks. Try something new. Do something for the love of it. It’s healthier than the pills they give you at work. It’s healthier than a 10 minute video you watch on YouTube. Live life and smile. Live life and live it up.

You’re going to learn how to enjoy life. This is going to be one of the best decisions you make. You’re going to discover a new happiness that you didn’t know you had. You’re going to begin to live a life without pain and with purpose.
This is going to sound so simple, but I know it’s true. You’re going to find joy in almost everything you do. It’s going to feel good. The pain will disappear.
I know it’s going to be hard to believe, but you’re going to begin to live a life that makes you happy and safe. You’re going to begin to become a person you want to be and a person who lives every day with joy and excitement.
Do it. Take the steps. Take the steps to becoming happy and safe. Be happy and live your life.
