Are you ready for the abundance?

The question of “Are you ready for the change?” is a very important one. If we are not ready, it will be too painful to go through the change.

We need to be ready because this is not something that will happen overnight. It is a process.

So if you are not ready, what can you do to prepare yourself for the change?

1) Ask yourself why you want to make this change. Is it for your health, your family’s health, or both? If you are going for your health, then it is essential that you eat right and exercise.

2) Ask yourself how much time you have to devote to this change. Are you going to do this by yourself or with someone else? If you are going to do it alone, then it is vital that you commit to it and stick to it.

3) Ask yourself how committed you are to the change. Are you going to give up smoking, drinking, eating junk food, or any other habit that you are not proud of? If you are not willing to make this commitment, then you need to think again.

4) Ask yourself if you are emotionally ready for this change. Do you have the emotional strength to deal with the changes that you will be facing?

5) Ask yourself if you are financially prepared for this change. Are you going live within your means and are you going to make sacrifices in order to get there?

6) Ask yourself if you have the support of your friends and family. Are they going to be supportive when you start making changes? Will they help you out when you need them?

7) Ask yourself if you have enough time. How much time will you have to devote to this new lifestyle?

8) Ask yourself if you have a plan. Have you thought about what you are going to do when you get to where you want to be?

9) Ask yourself if you have all the information you need. What do you know about this change? Have you read books on it? Do you have a coach who can help you?

10) Ask yourself if you are physically able to do it. Are you physically strong enough to make the changes?

11) Ask yourself if you are mentally able to do it. Are your thoughts clear? Are you able to make decisions without being influenced by others?

12) Ask yourself if you are spiritually prepared for this change. Do you believe that there is a higher power and that you are connected to it?

13) Ask yourself if you have your life organized. Are you organized with your time? Do you have a schedule that you follow?

14) Ask yourself if you have an action plan. Do you know what you are going to do?

15) Ask yourself if you have goals. Do you have specific goals that you are working towards?

16) Ask yourself if you have faith. Do you believe that there will be a positive outcome?

17) Ask yourself if you are happy with the way things are. Are you content with your life as it is now?

18) Ask yourself if you are in a place of gratitude. Are you grateful for all the things that you have?

19) Ask yourself if you are excited about the change. Are you excited about the possibilities that are available to you?

20) Ask yourself if you are willing to take action. Are you willing to put forth the effort necessary to achieve your goals?

21) Ask yourself if you have made the decision. Have you made the decision to make the change?

22) Ask yourself if you are ready. Are you ready to take the steps necessary to make the change?
Now that you have answered all these questions, you are ready to begin.
