There’s no question that gratitude can open us to a new reality and enrich our life. When we are grateful, the energy takes on a different vibration, a new frequency. It shifts us from the “using” mindset (where negative feelings are a way of life) to the “happy” mindset where grateful feelings are the norm. In the happy world, feelings are joyful and we are truly grateful for everything that we have.

A theory of quantum healing

In the study of Quantum Healing, which I’ve been interested for the past couple years, the human body is able to detect the energies of those around it on a level that is beyond logic and our conscious minds. If we’re truly grateful, we open to receive a healing response that goes beyond the old wounds of past hurts and conflicts.

We can’t help but feel grateful when we’re surrounded by the most plentiful, abundant and abundant energies on this planet. Even if we live in an environment that’s polluted, when we move around in awe of the infinite beauty of the universe, it’s likely we’ll feel grateful for the abundant resources that we now know so much about.

In the study of Quantum Healing, we’re able to connect with the positive qualities of things and even the past wounds of those things we’re surrounded by. Even if we’ve never been blessed with the resources of the things, they will still show up in our bodies. When we’re truly grateful, we’ll be able to trace a connection to past energy.

When you feel grateful, you’ll find that the people you talk to will have more energy, you’ll be more energetic, and even yourself will be more energetic.

We’ll all have more energy, you’ll find that you have more energy, and you’ll find that you’re more energized because you’re more energized. You’ll be more energized and it will come out in your day-to-day activities. The best way to describe it would be that your thoughts will be more energizing because your energy will be more energizing. You’ll be more energized all the time.

You can heal yourself

We’re more energized when we can trace a connection to the past energies. We’ll be more energized when we’ve been touched, we were touched in the past, and we’ll get all the way to understand what happened and why it happened and what we were taught in the past that’s still influencing us today. We’ll be able to trace a positive line with the person we’re speaking to, and not have a negative feeling in our hearts, and in the end, we’ll be grateful for the opportunity to heal that wound.

We have the power to heal any wound with the correct mindset, and this can take place even if we don’t remember who or what we were touched by. If we have no memories of the event, if we don’t have the script or story, we can still trace a connection, and it will be a positive one. It will be one of gratitude.

The other side of the healability coin is that we may not even be aware that we have that wound, and that’s okay. It does not have to be something that we know about or have played with. If we have had experiences in the past that we are unaware of, those can be a negative experience that we will have used to justify why we didn’t move forward, or they could be a positive experience that we have used to justify staying stuck. When you’re not aware that we did something to us, we will always have a tendency to turn it into an event. That’s when we’ll make the mistake of turning it into something that happened to us.

If you want to heal your past, you have to be willing to let it go. When we’re unaware of what we did to cause this hurt or disappointment, the healing begins with forgiveness. By allowing ourselves to heal the hurt and disappointment, we are freeing ourselves from something that happened to us that we weren’t allowed to change. We can’t change what happened, and we shouldn’t try to change it.

The art of letting go

Letting it go is the important part. And we can do this by acknowledging that we have done and said something that we will have to forgive ourselves for. There is no need to hold on to resentment and anger, because they were provided to us by our past. They aren’t ours to give away or return, so there’s no need to hold on to them. We can’t go back and change what has happened, so there’s no need to resent ourselves for it either.

When you’re acknowledging that what you did was wrong, give yourself the forgiveness that you deserve. After all, you caused it. You’re not being forgiven for something that you didn’t do. You’re being forgiven for being the person that you are. There’s no need to feel guilty, because you didn’t do anything wrong. The only thing that you have to forgive yourself for is yourself.

As you allow yourself to heal the hurt, you can begin to see the truth about yourself. Your past and future are your choices. When you forgive yourself, you can know that you did the best that you knew how.

The more that you’re willing to heal your past, the more that you’re able to live a fulfilled life in the present. By accepting yourself, you will be able to accept others, and be able to accept others. You’ll be able to accept yourself and forgive others, and this will help you to be your best friend in the present.

So next time you find yourself having a fight with someone, instead of going into blame, why not try talking to yourself instead? Why not try seeing things from a different perspective? Why not try forgiving yourself first, and forgiving others second?

For a better life, try being your own friend.
