Can you confidently and honestly say: ” As I get better at being my best self, my life gets better. As my life gets better, my body gets better.” if so, awareness has finally started showing up in all parts of my life. When you think about who you are at a particular moment, who are you? Are you sitting upright? Are you lying on your back? Are you with your arms outstretched in front of you? And when you look in the mirror, are you smiling back at yourself?
When you think about what you do for a living, do you feel like you’re on top of things? Do you feel like you’re very organized? Or are you a little disorganized? When you do your taxes, do you feel like you’ve left something undone? Do you have a lot of papers to handle?
When you get dressed in the morning, do you feel in charge of your body? Do you feel like you look great in your sexy outfit? Or do you look somewhat less sexy? Do you feel good putting on your sexy clothes? Or do you feel slightly ridiculous?
When you walk outside in the winter, do you feel like you’re walking in hot pants? Or in freezing cold socks? Do you feel good in your sexy clothes? Or do you look slightly ridiculous?
When you look at pictures of the person you wish you could be, do you feel like you’re going to burst out of your clothes? Or do you look like a dude in a boys school? And when you look at your good self in the mirror, do you feel good looking at the person you see? Or do you feel awkward looking at the real you?
The beginning of your best self
Being your best self is great, but when it comes to how you are, there is a ton of work that needs to be done. When you’re dressed in your sexy clothes, are you ready to go? Or do you need to run to the dry cleaners to pick up a few new things? When you go to the grocery store, do you need to pick up some new foods for your diet? Or are you very experienced with your diet? When you look in the mirror, do you feel like you look fabulous? Or do you look slightly blurry? When you walk outside in the winter, do you feel like you need some new warm clothes? Or do you feel like you’re ready for a coat? When you look at the picture of the sexy you, do you see someone ready to have sex? Or do you see someone just trying to have a conversation? And when you look at your self in the mirror, do you see a hot babe, or a dude in a boys school?
Being self aware of you who truly are
Awareness has finally started showing up in all parts of your life when you begin to think and say: “It isn’t easy to change how I see myself in the mirror, but it is possible. I know that I am a sexy babe who is ready for sex whenever the moment arises. And I know that I am a successful woman who looks forward to making new friends and learning new skills. I am a woman who looks at the picture of the sexy woman in the mirror and doesn’t see a model, but a woman who is fully human. And I am a woman who knows that there are certain challenges that she must face in her life. Challenges which are worth facing and will provide real and valuable lessons. As I get better at being my best self, my life gets better. As my life gets better, my body gets better. This is true whether I’m trying to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain my weight.”
