A goal is more than just achieving a specific number of goals, because you need to focus on something that is in the present. To have a present because that is your reality, and you believe you will achieve that goal because you are focusing on it and that is the strength of positive thinking.
When you are focused on a goal because of how it affects you in the present, and you are convinced that you can achieve that goal, then you are in the state of mental attitude. It is the strength of belief and commitment to what you want, because you believe that you can achieve it.
When you get into the state of mental attitude, then you can get a bit of a self-esteem, or self-image because you believe that you are worthy of it. In fact, in the state of mental attitude then you can believe anything because you have a strong belief system in place.
For example, if you are in a goal setting session, and you believe that you can achieve that goal because of how it affects you in the present, then you will be more likely to hold your belief system together.
There are three components of mental attitude.
1. What does it make you believe about yourself?
When you focus on something because it makes you believe that you are worthy of achieving that goal, then you will be more likely to be focus on achieving that goal, and you will be more likely to put your attention on it. It will be like a faith in you because you believe you can achieve that goal, and you believe you are worthy of achieving it.
2. What does it make you believe about the goal?
The goal is what it is all about, and if you focus on something that makes you believe that it is not all about the goal, then you will probably lose your focus on the goal because it will start to lose focus on you and on what you want to achieve.
3. How does it make you believe about yourself?
When you talk about something in a self-esteem driven way, then you will look for it to be about you because you have an idea in your head that it is all about you, and you will want it to mean something to you, and to give you satisfaction.
When you talk about something in a goal driven way, then you will start to want it to be about you, and to give up on all else. It will be like having an internal focus of self-esteem, and goal.
4. When you tell your internal stories about yourself, do you find yourself talking about your accomplishments?
In telling your self-esteem story, you will find yourself telling stories about what it means to you to have all your accomplishments, and about the life you want to live because you will see yourself as one who will fulfill all your dreams and desires, and you will want more of it. In telling your goal story, you will tell stories about what it means to you to have all your goals achieved, and about the life you want to live because you will see yourself as one who will live the life of the life.
In telling your goal story, you will find yourself telling stories about what it means to you to have all your goals accomplished, and what it is that you want to achieve next. You will begin to want to know what is next. And in telling your goal story, you will find yourself looking for more because you will see yourself as a success. And in telling your goal story, you will even find yourself looking for what it takes to succeed.
These 4 components of the story are really the 4 elements of what it means to you to be successful.
When you start to notice how you are making progress towards your goals, you will be able to tell your self-esteem story, and when you tell your goal story, you will be able to tell your self-esteem story and start to feel how you are making progress towards your goals and your dreams. And when you start to feel your progress, you will be able to look for more and start to feel what it means to you to have all your goals achieved. And when you start to look for what it takes to succeed, you will be able to find yourself as a success and to start living the life of the life.
