Everyone is different, so no two people are alike. However, certain things are common to most people. I’ll try to give a few examples below.
First, everyone wants change. Everyone wants to change for the better. You want your life to be all about the good things that life has to offer. You want to have greater wealth, health, and well-being.
Second, everyone wants to be happy. Whether you want to change your job, get married, or go back to school, everyone wants to be happy. Everyone wants to be able to do what they want to do without any fears or worries holding them back.
Third, everyone wants love. When you ask someone about their love life, you will almost always get answers about love. You will almost always say they love their partner, they love their life, they love their family, or they love themselves. Everyone wants love, to be loved, and to be loved for themselves.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying that all of these are going to be easy to change. It’s not. However, it is possible, and it is possible to change for the better. However, it is not always easy to change. You may have to deal with your negative beliefs, your past self, or your family members refraining from letting you or them get what you want, so for now I’m just going to give you some information and you can do your own research.
The first thing I’d like to discuss is that it’s a natural part of life. We’re born with all these negative beliefs, and it doesn’t stop once we leave the womb. The bad things you believe will come back to you, whether you believe them or not. You can create all the positive beliefs in the world, but if you have a negative thought every single day it’s going to manifest itself. Just like gravity doesn’t exist outside of our environment, negative beliefs don’t exist outside of you. If you believe you’re not going to succeed, or that something bad is going to happen, you’ll definitely create a failure. If you think you’re going to get punched in the face, you’ll definitely get punched in the face. It’s like if you think you’re going to get robbed, you’re going to get robbed. It’s just a part of life that everyone has to deal with. We’re not going to get rid of all of it, but we can certainly change the things that hold us back.
Secondly, you have a chance to stop the destructive part of your subconscious. If you allow your mind to believe that you’re in a bad relationship, and you continue to think this, you’re going to continue to feel this way. The only thing that you can do is change your belief about it. You can believe that you’re in a good relationship, and you can continue to focus on your good qualities. Or you can have the belief that you’re in a bad relationship, so you’ll have a negative belief about it. You have the control to change your subconscious beliefs. You have the power to stop that destructive part of yourself from growing unchecked.
This is something that you can control, and you’re not going to enjoy watching your negative self growing unchecked.
So, if your self image isn’t where you want it to be, you have the power to change it. There is power in believing in yourself. If you focus on your good qualities and you hold on to that belief, your self image will change. It’s the same as trying to focus on the moon and focusing on the sun. The sun is there, and it’s blinding, and blinding is bad.
So focus on your good qualities, your good actions, and hold on to those beliefs. Your subconscious will respond to that focus, and your self image will change. So there is a chance for you to change your self image.
If you focus on what you don’t like, what you are constantly reminded of, it can be difficult to have your negative self grow unchecked. But there is a way to stop the growth of the negative self. You have to realize that negative is bad, and positive is good. If you focus on the good, your positive belief will be stronger than your negative one.
So focus on what you don’t like, and hold onto that belief, and then watch what happens to your self image.
This is a really important process. It’s like telling your self that the negative is bad and that the positive is good. It’s the same as telling your self to focus on the good and not the negative. You may have to talk to yourself for a while until your self remembers the old way of thinking, until your subconscious decides to follow your lead and recognize the bad in the negative.
