Many things happen that cause your mind to feel worn out, too. Your mind gets overloaded with lots of emotional information, and information that’s not needed, like pointless information. This overload causes the mind to be not working properly.

This is sometimes referred to as “thinking too much”. It’s also sometimes referred to as “mental overload“, “thinking over load”, or “self reflecting“. Those are all metaphors we have, but that’s not why it’s called renewal. Your mind gets renewed when it’s not overloaded. It’s not getting the contradictory messages it needs to stay balanced and at its best. Your mind feels renewed when it’s not Looped into a repetitive cycle.

When it’s not Looped into a repetitive cycle, and isn’t getting the conflicting messages it needs, it’s not overloaded. It’s not overloaded when it can think on the topic of your choice. It’s not overloaded when it can think on whatever comes into it without worrying about it’s own survival, or about survival of others, or about consequences of your own actions.

Your mind will feel a lot lighter when it’s not over loaded. It’s not over loaded when it has the freedom to think on the topic of your choice. It’s not over loaded when it has the freedom to think on whatever comes into it without worrying about it’s own survival, or about survival of others, or about consequences of your own actions.

When it’s not overloaded, your mind will feel like a feather. Your mind will feel lighter when it’s not looping itself into a repetitive cycle.

Your defining yourself as a victim means that you are not defining yourself as a creator. Therefore, to prevent signs of aging from appearing, you have to change the internal dialogue that includes the word “victim” in it. Because as long as you define yourself as a victim, you will never be a creator.
