Any person who has the ability to make changes in their life, and have the motivation to do so, will achieve much more than those who don’t. If you are someone who has been told that you can’t make changes in your life, or you have been told that you need to be careful what you wish for, then I would like to ask you this question: Why?
There are many reasons why people don’t want to change their lives. For some it may be due to fear, while for others it may be due to the fact that they are not aware of the changes they could make. In order to find out which one applies to you, answer these questions:
1) What are you afraid of?
2) What are you afraid of losing?
3) What are you afraid of gaining?
4) What are you afraid of changing?
5) What are you afraid of becoming?
Once you have answered these questions, you should be able to figure out whether you are afraid of losing something, or if you are afraid of gaining something. If you are afraid of losing something (such as money), then you need to be very careful about the changes you make. If you are afraid of gaining something (such as health), then you need to be careful about the changes you make, too.
Now, let’s look at each of the areas where you could make changes in your life.
1) Financial – You could make changes in your financial situation by starting an Internet business, or by selling items on eBay. You could also make changes in your financial situation simply by working harder at your job. The important thing is to make sure that you are taking action towards the goal of financial freedom.
2) Physical – You could make changes in how you look by eating better, exercising, and using certain supplements. You could also make changes by learning how to grow taller, or by learning how to get rid of fat.
3) Spiritual – You could make changes in spirituality by finding a church or religious group that you feel comfortable with. You could also make changes spiritually by finding a teacher or mentor who you feel comfortable with.
4) Mental – You could make changes in mental health by learning how to improve your memory, or by learning how to control anger.
5) Emotional – You could make changes in emotional health by learning how to manage your emotions, or by learning how to forgive yourself.
You can see that there are many ways in which you could make changes in your lifestyle. Just remember that you must first have a desire to make the changes.
If you don’t have the desire to make the changes, then you are probably not going to make them. If you are not willing to make the changes, then it won’t matter what you think, because you will never change.
